Gut Healing Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups Coconut, Almond or hemp Milk (chilled)
2 cups organic Kale Leaves (roughly chopped)
1/2 Avocado (peeled and pit removed)
1/2 frozen Banana
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
Directions:
- Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth and creamy. Divide into glasses and enjoy!
Options:
- No Kale: Use organic baby spinach instead.
- Storage: Make ahead and store in a sealed mason jar. Shake well before drinking. Keeps well in the fridge for 1 - 2 days.
