Due to the personalized nature of each program, I like to make sure we’re a great fit for each other and that I can help you achieve your goals before you make an investment. I only work with people I’m confident I can help and who are a good fit. If I don’t feel that I’m the right coach for you, I’ll refer you to someone who may be a better fit. Book a coffee chat below, and we’ll determine the next step from there.

I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and everyone is different. Results vary, take time, and depend on a multitude of factors including how much you put into the program, but 100% of my clients have reported improvements physically, mentally, and/or emotionally. That said, possible benefits of improving your nutrition and fitness may include:
Better sleep
Increased energy
Better mental clarity and focus
Improved digestion and gut health
Healthier skin, hair, and nails
Improved body composition (reduced body fat % and increased lean muscle mass)
Increased athletic performance (more strength and cardiovascular endurance) and flexibility
Reduced cravings
Less inflammation
Reduce or eliminate headaches
Reduced body pain and stiffness
More appreciation for your body
More confidence, self-trust, and self-respect
Plus, additional benefits like identifying food sensitivities/intolerances, learning to enjoy food instead of using it, fueling your body for optimal performance both mentally and physically, managing stress, and practicing self-care in ways that are meaningful to you.
Some clients have also experienced medical benefits such as improved hormones, sex drive, nutrient deficiencies, and biomarkers like thyroid function, blood pressure, etc.; however, I am not a physician and CANNOT guarantee similar results.
The bottom line is, you’re going to feel an overall improvement in your health. It’s just a matter of time and effort.

I am a Certified Health Coach, Metabolic Effect Nutrition Consultant, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Heal Your Hunger Emotional Eating Coach, and classically trained chef (yes, I love good food!).
I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2013), and Seattle Culinary Academy and have trained under world renowned nutrition experts Tom Malterre , MS, CN and Andrea Nakayama, CNC, CNE, CHHC.
In addition to my private nutrition practice in Seattle, WA I spent several years as the Nutrition Counselor at Sophia Health Institute where I provided nutrition support to Lyme and complex chronic illness patients. I continue to work with this population by doctor referral only.
And on a personal level, I’ve overcome a number of health issues myself. I’ve dealt with weight, thyroid issues, chronic pain, mental health struggles, and much more over the years. I know what it’s like to be tired, frustrated, and overwhelmed by health challenges. I’m always empathetic to my clients’ struggles—and I’m living proof that many of them can be addressed effectively with nutrition and fitness.

I do not accept insurance; however, if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or flexible spending plan, my programs qualify.

Because my 1:1 availability is limited, I do not offer refunds. If you are on a payment plan, you may cancel your program but a cancellation fee will apply. Payment in full is completely non-refundable but will incur no additional cancellation fee.
Scheduling a coffee talk is the best way to find out if my programs are for you. If I think they are, I can say with near certainty that a refund won’t be necessary.
