Gut Healing Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups Coconut, Almond or hemp Milk (chilled)

  • 2 cups organic Kale Leaves (roughly chopped)

  • 1/2 Avocado (peeled and pit removed)

  • 1/2 frozen Banana

  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed

  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

Directions:

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth and creamy. Divide into glasses and enjoy!

Options:

  • No Kale: Use organic baby spinach instead.
  • Storage: Make ahead and store in a sealed mason jar. Shake well before drinking. Keeps well in the fridge for 1 - 2 days.
