Sesame Teriyaki Broccolini
This is a simple but delicious dish that is quick, easy and beautiful. This is a great side dish with any Asian inspired main course, and pairs nicely with sake, an off dry sauvignon blanc, or a dry riesling.

1 Tbsp Avocado or Coconut Oil
1 Bunch Organic Broccolini
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
Sea Salt to taste
Chili Oil / Chili Flakes (optional)
Preparation:
Add all sauce ingredients to a small saucepan.
Stir well and cook over medium heat until sauce is thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in sesame oil and set aside.
Heat avocado or coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add broccolini and cook for 5-7 minutes rotating at least once until it turns vibrant green and is fork tender, but still crunchy.
Place broccolini on a serving dish, give the teriyaki sauce a stir, and drizzle it over the broccolini. You can also add the optional chili oil or flakes.
Sprinkle generously with sesame seeds and serve.
